No games will start

Up until this morning, NONE of my games will start. I have about 10 games on my console (Wolfenstein: TNO, Sunset Overdrive, COD: AW, Shadow of Mordor, Minecraft, GTA V, Outlast, Sniper Elite 3, AC Unity & DR3), and 3 of them are downloads (Outlast, Minecraft
& Shadow of Mordor). Yesterday I was playing GTA V, COD: AW, Netflix & YouTube. They all worked fine. This morning around 8:00AM my friend put GTA V in and tried to play it. About 2 hours later i woke up and he said that the game was stuck on the loading screen
for 2 hours. I tried some of the other games. I tried COD, Shadow or Mordor, Sunset Overdrive, & Minecraft but none of them worked. They would all be stuck on the screen when you first start up the game. Minecraft started, but froze when i click Play Game
on the menu. Only my apps will start. Help?

No Games Will Start

None of the games on my Xbox One will progress past the starting screen. I've tried both downloaded games and ones on disks; neither are working. I went to the support page and nothing worked, now I'm trying to reset my account and the verification email
either won't send or it's not being received. Has anybody come across this problem before?

Can you try power cycling your console?

Let us know how you get on with that and we can work from there if need be.

Have you tried holding the Power button in for 10 seconds to shutdown Xbox One and restart? It may be that the game console was turned off while it was trying to write a save and it may be corrupted.

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

Xbox Live Service Alert out that is affecting purchases and content usage on the Xbox One platform. This may be causing some issues with purchases, however what you are describing is sounding like a 2K server error message and you may wish to check to see
if it is their servers that are having an issue. You can do so by clicking

Whenever it does that, I just hard reset the console. That normally helps.
