    No games will load and hard reset does not work


    Hi,

    I've been having trouble playing any games, they either do not start and get stuck on the initial loading image or when playing the game will not keep up, leading graphics to not be loaded properly and the sound to be out of sync. The problem does seem to
    be more common when I am signed in rather than not.

    I have tried the hard reset, re-installed games and re-installed my xbox profile.

    Is there anything else I can try or is this just a problem that can't be fixed? There seems to be an increasing number of people experiencing this kind of issue.

    Witcher 2 only working for me when console is offline....

    I did hard resets and reinstalled the game and that didn't work. It only works offline. No other BC game does this on my console.

    Beta is removed etc. Hard reset (clear hd) already done. If i start up 98% of a fail at second load. Can ms clear the beta of server for my account so it does not exist or wants to load? Everthing else does not work

    I have done both actually. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled in on both the internal and external hard drive as well as doing a hard reset. After doing a hard reset and loading the game it works for about 5 min. Then shuts down once again.

    I had this issue 2 days ago with games, not apps, but it sounds the same. I did a hard reset and it fixed the problem and the games loaded though. I'd try a hard reset, or possibly uninstall the app, hard reset, reinstall it, and try it from there. Good

    Try to delete an re downloading the game, then if that does not work, maybe try to hard reset the console.

    I recommend the hard reset first to delete the cache.

    Try doing a hard reset on your console. If the hard reset does not work since you already reinstall the game I would contact customer support.
