no games play, but netflix runs fine

Awesome! Now, that means the games are owned under your son's account. We have to make his account the Home Xbox. To do this follow the steps on this article

' How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox'

Once you do this sign back in to your account and try the games.

Thanks for getting back to us. Would you be able to sign in under your son's account to see if the games show up maybe under his account? It could be a possibility you obtained the games through his account and if his account isn't the home Xbox then it
would affect you accessing the game.

One thing we can also look at is to see if you possibility obtained access to the games through game pass? If so we should check the subscription to make sure everything is current and up to date as any issue with it could affect game play.

• Check your Xbox purchase history.
• Check your subscriptions

I was able to sign into his account, and yes, my games that I was playing yesterday were all there. What do I do now?

no it does not show on there, just the season pass.
