No games or apps will install with message "Installation stopped"

Hi there,

Not sure if this is the appropriate forum to be posting but here goes..

Over the past 48 hours I have be unable to install any apps, games or updates. Upon installing it will usually download/install for the first 2 minutes before it gives the message "Installation stopped".

I've restarted the Xbox, restarted the router, gone offline and online, tested network diagnostics (everything is fine?), signed in and out of user, done a full reset of my Xbox one and now I cannot download anything and essentially cannot use my Xbox for anything.

** Have also just noticed that when I go into settings > Network it lags for about 30 seconds before opening. Not sure if that's related but it's not normal and didn't used to happen.

I've followed all suggestions from YouTube support and some forums upon googling the issue. One thing I've noticed is the unit does not update upon resetting, not sure if its supposed to do an update? Says the last one was in February.

I've got no idea how to fix this and obviously having a console that doesn't do what it's meant to is extremely frustrating especially because I'm on leave -__-

Hopefully some people on here can provide some useful feedback and tips.

Installation stopped

having issues with installation stopped at 60%, I have disc. So I have no story mode or online access.

Tried hard reset, tried to install offline, still comes up with installation stopped, any help please.

 

Error 0x80D0000A apps won't install or update

when i try to update or install apps (specifically Hulu and Netflix) it stops after a second or two, stating "installation stopped". I know they're is no problem with the connection as i can watch Netflix on this app with no problem. Hulu doesn't work because
the update is required.
