No games loading and now profile won't sign in

My games were not loading, for example I would launch star wars and it would just boot out of the loading screen to the home screen after only a few seconds. Then I go to my games and apps and nothing is loading there all I see is the loading green circle.
I go ahead and hard restart my Xbox but no change. I then go and remove my profile and when I try to sign back in it says there was a problem and gives me this code: 0x8007042C.

Something to note I could open Netflix

Anyone else get this message everytime they load the game. "You must be signed into a profile to play this game." ?

Can't sign into another profile

I have no problem signing into my main account. I first had the problem with second profile when trying to sign in, the screen went to the loading spinning wheel. Then it got stuck there. I repeated twice with same results. I did a hard reset and the problem
went away and can sign in now. But now with a third profile, when I tried to sign in, I got the same loading spinning wheel. Hard reset a dozen times but still cannot sign in on the third profile. Help/suggestions/fixes?

My experience is similar. I try to load up a game and the initial game screen loads but then it just goes back to the home screen. When I open Games and Apps, it just spins forever, and it never shows the number of "games", "apps", "ready to install", or
"updates". However "memberships" populates just fine. My cable company "Spectrum" has an app and i'm able to watch TV using that App, but "CrunchyRoll" app never loads. Lastly, if I try to go to Settings > System > Storage, the menu freezes. I have to use
the home button to go home and quit the "Settings" app. Have you tried going to the "Storage" menu on your xbox. Does it open for you and tell you how much space you have left?

Tried everything you guys suggested and still nothing

Keeps giving me the "infinite loading screen" and won't let me enter Story or Online

Nothing on my Xbox has a corrupted symbol next to it and I've cleared the cache about 5 times,usually after I've tried something

It won't even let me load it offline on my profile,but it will load the game when no profiles are signed in

The game is backwards compatible, however like I said the game just won't count my profile as signed in. (In detail) I'm signed in to my Xbox account, launch the game, then a screen pops up saying "loading Xbox 360 info" and then the game loads up, when I press start the game says, "Profile not signed in, progress will not be saved, please sign in" however when I use my father's account, the game allows his account to be signed into the game but his profile is transferred from an Xbox 360. If it keeps happening will getting Xbox live at least once help resolve the issue?
