Got an new Xbox one done my updates and installed my games but turn the Xbox on today and I have no games installed but hard drive space have been used

No code no game

So a promotion was on my xbox at the home screen the main title was get gold and get WHAT? and the promotion was if I get xbox live gold it would send me a code to get rocket league the game well I got the gold but I got no code for the game I don't know
what to do.

games = no games?

Chances are is that your disc drive / laser is failing. Your only options may be either sending in your xbox for repair or purchasing a new one. Sorry

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a couple minutes then plug everything back in and see if it resolves the issue

I think it a bad console or the instaill is curpted.

I think the app either glitching or it cruoted. Uninstaill and re instaill it and see it was a bad download.
