    No Game Audio from Turtle Beach Ghost Shadow Headset


    I am currently participating the dashboard preview.

    I play the game everyday with my turtle beach ghost shadow headset on,

    but after the September Dashboard Update (8-17-2014), I can't use my headset anymore.

    This is how I connect my headset to TV.

    I plug my USB headset directly into the TV headset input.

    I checked my headset with other gaming/mobile devices and my headset is working just fine with other devices.

    Please fix this issue ASAP.

    ^ VG Ghosts while agree that Astro is a lot better than Turtle Beach, there is not a headset that will work on X1 (chat and audio) until 2014. Do you not understand that?

    Hi, there is no app available on the Xbox One for the Turtle beach headset. There is one available from Turtle beach website for Windows/Android/Mac/iOS though. here is the link https://www.turtlebeach.com/pages/audio-hub
    and the app is compatible with the 800X headset.

    get the polk audio headsets when they come out 2/1 designed to work with games. they look way better than the turtle beach headsets and who the heck knows when turtle beach and ms will get together to get the old headsets to work as intended.
