No "friends" subheader on latest preview update

Discus and support No "friends" subheader on latest preview update in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; New Xbox One, updated to 6.2.11499.0 does not have the friend subheader at the top of the home screen.     No "friends" subheader on latest preview update


    New Xbox One, updated to 6.2.11499.0 does not have the friend subheader at the top of the home screen. It still has the older style left profile bar instead. If she goes into the friends app, the newer features for liking, comments, and sharing show up correctly,
    but still has no activity feed on the home screen.

    In console info, shows no updates available. Is registered with the preview program.

    Any ideas?

    Resident Evil 5 must purchase again

    It's a known issue on the Preview dashboard.

    No "friends" subheader on latest preview update

    Additional information - if she signs in on my console, everything works as expected. We are resetting her console to factory settings to see if it helps.

    If you are refering to the new friend tab on the dashboard that is only showing up on a select consoles as a independent from the preview program. I wouldn't advise a factory reset you will be unregisterd from the preview program.

    If you are refering to the new friend tab on the dashboard that is only showing up on a select consoles as a independent from the preview program. I wouldn't advise a factory reset you will be unregisterd from the preview program.

    Hi, if your Xbox is using the preview update and your friends Xbox isn't and you purchased the game from the store on the preview Xbox that is one of the quirks of using the preview.

    Games purchased on a system using the preview are not available on a system not using the preview. That will be changed once the update is released publicly.

    • Certain content (games, apps, DLC) purchased in the new Store may only be available on consoles enrolled in the latest Preview update. This means…

    • Games purchased on a console running the latest Preview update can only be played on that console or other consoles running the latest Preview update.

    • Games purchased via Xbox.com can be played on any console.

    • Games purchased on a console running the previous update can be played on any console.
