I brought the revenant bundle for world of tanks in the xbox store and haven't received my 2000 points and if I had brought it through world of tanks it would appear as a gold purchase on my xbox account and my screenshot clearly shows it was brought via
xbox

From the FAQ for that offer:

—Which Xbox Store content is eligible for this offer?

This offer is only open to add-on content for Free to Play titles purchased from the Xbox Store. Add-on content includes but is not limited to gem/coin packages, additional skins, starter packs, etc. This does not include purchases made within the game,
as well as purchases made using premium or earned currency.

Since you bundle purchase was made within the game, it was not eligible for this offer.

The commerce page is a record of all expenses on your account, which is why those transactions were listed. However, as the only way to make a purchase of these products is from within the game, they are not eligible for the offer. The only add-ons available
for that game from the Xbox store are the "Top Add-ons" listed on the splash page for that game (Get World of Tanks: Mercenaries - Microsoft Store en-GB).

 

also before you say I didn't buy it through the xbox store and it's only available through world of tanks as you have previously stated and showed my a link to the Microsoft store, the revenant bundle was only available for a limited time and if you checked
or able to check old xbox store add-ons you would see the revenant bundle. I only purchased this bundle through the xbox store due to the freedom rewards missions and if you knew anything about world of tanks you would know you can only purchase tanks/ bundles
with the game currency gold and therefore it would show up in my xbox account as a gold purchase not an actually bundle

 

and from this screenshot it shows the bundle as an add-on
