    No free fall map (I need help)


    I buyed Xbox One with CoD Ghost on 18th November.

    When I played for the first time, I went to the shop and one message appers. It tell me that I can get free 'Free fall' map (today it appears).

    When I try to get the map on the Xbox One shop appears the button 'Not Available' (I'm from Spain).

    I opened and Issue to Activision. They only ignore me.

    Anyone has the same problem? Any suggestion?

    I'm pretty sure this is a glitch in the game the free fall map was a pre order bonus from certain sellers if u are interested in the free fall map it is included in the price for the season pass for ghosts hope I can be so be help

    When will the DLC maps go into the rotation?

    Free fall isn't in the normal map rotation, you have to go into free fall mosh pit for that. But the DLC maps are not in the normal map rotation, they probably will be in a week or two.

    If you downloaded the game digitally via the Xbox LIVE marketplace then you should get an e-mail with a redemption token by November 26th via Xbox LIVE Rewards.

    Please make sure that you're a Xbox LIVE Rewards member before that date in order to receive a code in your e-mail.

    Maybe this is our answer... just found it on the "conditions" section of the offer

    " Participants will receive the Free Fall map on or around November 26, ... in the offer for fulfillment of their multiplayer map Free Fall via token."

    So it sounds like you bought the Digital version and should have received the Free Fall map pack?

    In that case, this was an Xbox Live Rewards promotion.
