No Forza 7 keys for online Microsoft Store purchase?

I preordered my copy of Forza 7 online from Microsoft Store online on September 20 (9/20/2017) using the same email as is associated with my gamertag. Do I get the 10 keys for that? I read the details and it says the below. It mentions the Xbox Store, but
does MicrosoftStore.com count also?

"Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys..."

10 plays for preordering FM7 not showing

I am not getting the 10 virtual keys for preordering Forza Motorsport 7 for the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes. Everything else works. I got my five keys for being a fan but not the 10 keys. It's been more than 96 hours, as well.
As you can see there is no check Mark for this. I have a check Mark for being a fan and receiving my 5 keys. I have included 2 screenshots. One showing no check Mark for the 10 keys and one showing my email confirmation for preordering Forza Motorsport 7.

Forza 7 Virtual Key Bonus

I pre-ordered Forza 7 Ultimate Edition on September 28th through the Microsoft Store. At that time I was already registered for the Virtual Key Sweepstakes.

According to the promotion, I was supposed to earn 10 extra keys and 5,000 reward credits if pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store and that it could take up to 96 hours to show.

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received the bonus keys or reward points. When can I expect those to show in my rewards account?

Hi JayInAtlanta. Unfortunately, the MicrosoftStore.com purchase does not qualify. It has to be from the Xbox Store.

using a cracked version is against the law in a lot of countries, it is piracy, also you would not be able to go online or risk losing your account.

but there is legit keys that are available still, meaning you can redeem the key even if the game is not in the store, cd keys currently have forza horizon 3 for 19.99 in stock too.

and the game is play anywhere

Sorry, but this forza and dlc doesnt buy in Microsoft store. Only you could findbit in keys page, but uts not recommendable

Same issue here. I've been playing Forza games since they came out. Hundreds of hours. Still haven't seen the extra keys.
