No Forza 6 in Games Queue after entering 25 letter code..

Purchased the XBOX One Limited Edition Forza 6 Bundle and went to the games queue and entered the 25 letter code under the flap on the forza 6 game card and confirmed and exited and went to games queue and no Forza 6..

Restarted and still no Forza 6 in the queue, disconnected power and reconnected and restarted and still no Forza 6 in the queue !

Tried re-entering the code and a message was displayed that indicated the code had already been used,..

What am i doing wrong ?

forza 6 only 16 digits, where to enter code ?

i have bought xboxone + gratis 4 games, im must choose one of them "forza 6, halo, tomb raider or rare replay" i want forza 6 but i have no idea where to type this code, On this card is written " 1. Enter code on the page xbox.com/name-your-game, 16 digits
code can only enter on xbox.com/name-your-game " but hier only to buy or code with 25 digits. Xbox bought in Gamestop in Germany.

Choose Your Game 25 Digit Code?

Yesterday around 6/7 pm I went to the xbox website to redeem my "choose your game" card. I typed in the code, selected Forza 6, and it said my 25 digit code would be sent soon. So I waited. it is now 9:20 pm the following day and it is not here yet. Do I
continue waiting, or should I contact someone?

Also, there is no reason as to why it can't be automated. It is absurd that you need 2 different codes in order to download one game. This is a process that DESPERATELY needs to be improved.

p.s. Yes, the email I put in was correct. I triple checked before entering.

 

Is it already preinstalled? I'm not sure but it could be a possibility.

If not, you can find it in the store and you'll be able to download it from there.

It was an issue with xbox live, all fixed this morning

 

This seems to still be a problem at the moment.

In addition, you can't even find Forza 6 in the Store. The only item available after doing any type of search is the demo.

The only way i found to download, after using the code, is to open up the Forza Hub, browse [RB] over to the last tab where it gives you the option to download/purchase DLC packs. You then get an option to purchase Forza 6. If you select the purchase option,
it'll finally take you out to a store page with the option to 'Install'. What that install is actually including or excluding is a mystery. I was skeptical on if my account remembered my code and if i may possibly be re-purchasing a copy at that point.

Odd for such a gigantic title.

 

If it says "Install" your all good. If you didn't own it for whatever reason, instead of "Install" it would have a price.
