    No Forza 5 code In box! Microsoft please help.


    I receiveded the Xbox One bundle with Forza 5 Download code and the code wasn't in the box! I cant return it easily, it would cost me as much to return it as t buy Forza 5 new. Im hoping Microsoft can help but the chat person said they couldn't send me a
    code. I really want to respect the Xbox brand but the problems are getting ridiculous.

    Gamestop Forza 6 Digital Code Problem Help!

    Hello. First of all thank you for taking time to read this, as I am really struggling.

    About 5 days ago I purchased a bundle deal from Gamestop online, that had an Xbox 500 GB console, as well as the games Fifa 17, Gears of War, and Forza Motorsport 6. Gears of war had a code that was in the xbox box, while Fifa was shipped with the actual disc. I was sent an email however with details on how to find the Forza digital code. It told me to find my order history, and from there I will find the code.

    I opened the gamestop order history, using my conformation number and email, I did see that Forza was bought, however there was no code in sight or any further information. I have been stumped, Please HELP!

    No warthog code sent to me despite owning halo 5 guardians!!

    As above, i own halo 5 digitally, and have received no code for the forza 3 game to have the warthog, or perhaps i did but now its gone??? Microsoft chat directed me here.. please help!

    I have feeling that someone took it and returned it. Or some dumb butt forgot put one in.

    Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support. Not sure why that happened, by they'll be the folks who will happily take care of the situation. Get back at us if you still have any issues, and I hope it gets fixed for you soon!
