No fallout 3 code

I have not recived a fallout 3 code for the pre order of fallout 4.

Have not received Fallout 3 code

Pre-ordered fallout 4 but no fallout 3 code!

 

Still no Fallout 3 code after buying Digital copy of Fallout 4

Also downloaded fallout 4 and 12 days later still no fallout 3 code
