no fallout 3 code

I did not preorder however the info for the game does stricly say the following.
Through February 8, 2016, purchase Fallout 4 and receive Fallout 3 on Xbox 360. The code for Fallout 3 will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. proof it shows if link doesnt work just copy paste) Fallout 4 kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE

I have seen nothing but preorders not getting the code. i bought fallout 4 on the 12th so it has not been 10 days yet. since it shows the above info will i get a code??

Pre-ordered fallout 4 but no fallout 3 code!

Also downloaded fallout 4 and 12 days later still no fallout 3 code

ok will do thank you for letting me know has the game released though i just read a post where someone got the code entered it and got a error (not sure if i will get the same error code when try but this linkhas the code)

Brought mine on the 11th and still not recieved my code I have spoke to ambassadors, live chat, Twitter and phone support and they have all been no help

 

its now the 23rd i am bumping this as you suggested no code please get this mess resolved as soon as possible
