I preordered my virtual copy of Fallout 4 and haven't received my code for Fallout 3. Please try to help me as soon as you can. Thank you.

Pre-ordered fallout 4 but no fallout 3 code!

 

Still no Fallout 3 code after buying Digital copy of Fallout 4

Also downloaded fallout 4 and 12 days later still no fallout 3 code
