No Fallout 3 code

I pre-ordered fallout 4 and never got the fallout 3 code 3 days before the fallout 4 release. help needed!

Also downloaded fallout 4 and 12 days later still no fallout 3 code

Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/.../fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, and believe you should have received it, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand.

Nothing in the "terms" would exclude me from getting the fallout 3 DL.

Still waiting for someone to help! Customer support for an hour on the phone didn't help either! :,(

 

Others are having this issue as well. I spoke to a rep last night who informed me that the code is to be received 7 to 10 days after Fallout 4's release, not 7 to 10 days after the purchase date. Today is day 10, so we should hopefully be getting the code
sometime today. If not, I'll be talking with support further to see what's going on.

 

Finally this second just got it ! Wooooooot!

 

Same here. Hopefully this issue is resolved for everyone now.
