No Fallout 3 code - Talked with Xbox Support they told me to come here...?

Been 11 days and I haven't received my code for Fallout 3, as many of you haven't received yours either. What is going on Xbox?

Fallout 3 code message expired

Talked to support through the chat system, and they told me to come to this forum to post my issue. The message containing my fallout 3 code has expired, so I'm hoping to get the code back Thanks!

 

Fallout 3 Code (with purchase Fallout 4)

I have purchased Fallout 4 and should've gotten a code to Fallout 3, but never got it. I've talked to the Danish Microsoft support on the phone, they told me to post a message here to get it resolved.
