No Fallout 3 and Gears codes

I've waited 10+ days for fallout 3 and still have not received the code as well as the gears codes.

Region free games??? Purchase xbox in one country and buy games in another country.

This seems no longer to be true.

Games purchased from other regions will play if physical disk, but any connected download codes will not work.

There are issues for example with the Gears of War 1-3 codes (included with Gears of War collection) and the Fallout 3 codes (that came with Fallout 4).

 

cant redem codes of games.

HI. i get gear of war UE and fallout 4 games and then i got codes for all gears of war games on Xbox one and fallout 3 too but the follows codes i cant redem:

gears of war 1, gears of war 3 , fallout 3.

i get error: Xbos-0x80150017

also i got code for halo reach and i get the same error in my Xbox one.

can you help please.

Can you please clarify where you purchased the game from? Was this purchased at a retail store?

 

This was purchased on the Xbox store for preorder. Days before its release
