I bought fallout 3 and checked my email everyday and my Xbox messages everyday and still nothing Checked the policy thing and spoke with Xbox support who pointed me here Please help

i am havig the exact problem, when i tried to redeem a fallot 3 code that came with fallout 4 it give me an error. can someone help me please

 

Lost Fallout 3 code?

I preordered fallout 4 got the message but didn't use it because i coulnt play fallot 3 anyways. It was deleted after a month. Is there anyway to get it resent.
