Hi, if you have already cleared you cache (turn off the xbox -> remove the power cable -> wait 10 seconds -> reconnect the power cable -> turn on the xbox and try edge) you need to proceed in another way.

Since edge is part of the OS and you can't install/update it, you can try to verify if there is an available update for the console.

Then if the problem is not yet solved you can try with a complete factory reset following these steps:

Open settings -> go to system -> console info -> select "reset" console -> choose "reset and keep my games and app" (try this first) -> wait until completion of the procedure -> try if the problem is still there

If you are still having problems, try the same procedure but instead of "reset and keep my games and app" choose "reset and remove everything" (keep in mind that after doing this you will ned to re-install all your games and
apps).

This is the Edge app on Xbox One? The content found on websites is up to the websites that you're visiting and not controlled by Microsoft or a result of the Edge App. There aren't any extensions with the Xbox One version of Edge, so that would also unlikely
be the culprit. I would really think it's the visited sites that would be causing the redirection, I'm not sure how it would be done otherwise.
