No entry

    I cannot get into Taptiles today. I tried this morning and this afternoon.

    NO HDMI entry

    yeah they send back the same non HDMI console you send in if they do not repair it they send a refurb of the same model you sent in.

    I'm afraid the only option I believe you have is to purchase a new console. You can go for a preowned arcade model or elite which have the hdmi port or buy one of the new xbox consoles. If Microsoft were able to repair you console when it was sent in then
    their would be no reason for them to send you a new console. It wouldn't really be fair to say it was Microsofts responsibility to ensure their customers had new consoles with hdmi ports.

    Hello Stuart!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this password situation. Yes, once you are done entering the password you can press the "Menu" button (three little lines to the left of the "X" button. It's symbol is also located on the bottom right
    of the keyboard and you can tap "A" on there as well once the password is entered.
