    Okay so for the past month now there's been a user that is violating the blizzards terms of service I have reported them countless times and you were doing nothing about it the rule for blizzard is quite simple you are not allowed to buy or sell items for actual real-world cash.

    Simple right?

    THEN HOW IS IT IVE REPORTED THEM 100+ TIMES AND YOU ARE DOING NOTHING!!!

    EVEN MY FRIENDS HAVE REPORTED THEM 50+ TIMES.

    DIABLO 3 LFG EVERY DAY THERE THEY ARE

    And. Given that this is actually an advertisement it is breaking two terms of service rules Xbox and blizzard.

    IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A MONTH IF NOTHING IS DONE I WILL TAKE ACTION MYSELF AND HIRE SOMEONE TO D DOS THEM ANYTIME THEY POST THAT.

    And before you say that I'm the one breaking the terms of service now keep in mind you have let this slide for almost 2 months now and have done absolutely nothing to end it.

    Either handle it or I and my husband will.

    It's completely ridiculous that I log on every day i am subjugated to seeing this scumbag post in game items for sale for real life $

    Despite it being against BLIZZARD TOS

    and im done being silent.

    sign in and view your enforcement action, you can open an case review if the suspension is over 24hrs

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for a group to 'target" you

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues so follow the indication of previous ambassadors if eligible for a case review
