    no emails arrive


    Good day, since the month of November I do not receive emails from the program, previously I received them every 15 days, but I do not know what happened that they do not arrive, 3 days ago a friend recommended me in the offer "Recommend friends, earn rewards"
    and until today the mail has not arrived. I hope and you can help me solve it, I am a member of the program since August 2017.

    Never received promotional 600 points through renewal offer from May 2011

    I received the confirmation email when I renewed the card (I later deleted the email by mistake)

    but have never received any other email on the matter (promotional emails and updates when activating points cards arrive ok). and no Xbox emails have gone into spam or junk.
