no email with security code

Hi,

I was told when I logged in to my account to enter my security code from you that you should send in an email. I entered the right email (I even checked if it was the right email and it is), but never got an email!

So I tried to get a security code on my phone instead and now I have to wait for 30 Days until I can buy anything from Marketplace.

Will I get that email with the security code or do I have to wait for 30 days?

Anyone notice the sign in being slower since the update?

You guys are lucky you can even sign in. My brother needs a security code sent to him every time he turns his box on. He goes to his email to get the code but now his outlook email doesn't work. He hang been able to get on in a while.

Man I'm so glad I have PSN.

the email should be shown like *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** - can you 100% be sure you have it correct?

then it should be delivered, but if it contains a typo you wont recieve it.

this 30d just locks out purchases on xbox.com, but you can Access it on your console without restriction.

 

The problem maybe is didn´t MS but your e-mail server....

I will tell a problem i have whif another game company

I have account in Big N and i never receive e-mail i look in F.A.Q.s and discover some e-mail companies block e-mails from certains local´s...

For fix that you have 2 simple solutions!!!

1. In the segurity code demand you have the option to put a cellphone!!!, chose the cellphone (if you don´t included that in your account information go to your account, personal information and include your phone!!!); they will send to your phone by mensage
in 5 or 6 minutes the code!!!(even if your phone is from "outside", like your account is US and your phone is Brazilian they will send the code!!!, but remeber to put correct, whif your country and state code!!!; your phone!!!)

2. Change your e-mail to another maybe your e-mail service blocking all e-mail´s from MS, put (or make another)e-mail account and try again, they send that really fast in 10 or 15 minutes you will received if not..., back to step one!

its because of the browser you're using.. try it on either internet explorer or firefox. Google Chrome and safari will not work with these codes for some reason. Sounds goofy Ik but that's more than likely why you don't receive them
