No email or response from the enforcement team after they wrongfully extended my ban for ...

I've been sent to this forum from a Xbox support manager in hope if myself knowing what is happening to my suspended account I got suspended from communication on the 24th may until the 9th of June and on the 26th of June I was banned off Xbox live until
the 11th June which both to be fair was my own fault but then when my communication ban was up on the 9th It still said I couldnt communicate so I asked support and they said It was extended until the 3rd of September and what I would like to know is why are
they not communicating with me (The enforcement team) this is against my rights as a customer and I think I should of been told of this extension but still after 2 months here I am still no email from them.

No No No no. what I'm saying is that if you were wrongfully console banned (A Mistake by Enforcement Team or Microsoft or Whoever) and the console ban is irreversible then they should owe you (The Console Ban victim) a shiny new xbox 360.

 

How long does Microsoft take to respond?

I posted in the My xbox live account was suspended forum, and after having them look deeper into it they sent me an email back saying nothing changed. It said you may reply to this email, so I did. It's been almost 4 days and no reply. How long could this
take to hear a response from the Enforcement team?
