    hi, I was logged in on mixer before it started but have also not had my mixpot. I do have an e3 2018 test of 0.00 in my account, but nothing in my games list or ready to install list.

    No mixpot after watching full e3 show. Didnt recieve mixpot.

    They may still be rolling these rewards out, Mine arrived Thursday last week, but over a period of 8 hours for the SUNDAY Show, and the Monday inside Xbox content appeared Friday at 2AM (I'm GMT). The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them
    to be seen on your account.

    but only Microsoft Support staff (not us community ambassadors) can check if you should get the content. Its possible while your accounts were linked you were not signed in, and I think you
    had to watch live not a VOD as they did last year. Also remember some content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared last night.

    thanks for the response. I was logged in with my microsoft id before the live e3 stream even started and It's been over a week since it aired, and I read the faq before I posted here - as it says to do in the faq. No e3 mixpot :)

    While they should be all rolled out by now but Microsoft's Xbox Support teams are slowly reply to people on here. Many of is are Ambassadors and while can offer help and pointers cannot access your accounts with Microsoft. In a lot of cases it was just
    a case of waiting a few days till the rewards got assigned to accounts.

    You can check by looking at
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
    it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results. IIf its not Xbox Support will reply to you soon wit more details
