No downloads are able to start

Hello,

I'm having problems downloading anything from the store. Whenever I attempt to start a download from either the store or the ready to install tab nothing happens. No download starts pending in the queue, and the install button becomes grayed out and unselectable
in the store until I refresh the store.

I have tried a hard reset, checked through all my settings and there is no reason I can see that would be stopping me from downloading anything. I tried uninstalling a game to see if I could reinstall it and I couldn't.

Updates are working fine, the only problem is that i cant download/install anything. I have more than enough space on the drive as I have removed just about every game now. Online play still works fine as well. No error codes have been given when trying
to download, they simply just do nothing. This problem has been ongoing for about a month now

I doubt it means anything but the same Microsoft account was unable to download anything form the store on PC a week ago, however it is working fine on there now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Purchasing day one games on Xbox Live

All games are able to be obtained digitally from their launch date.

This middle part makes no sense.

Just start the download again.

Hi,

bought minecraft, played it, then just turned off xbox one to quit game. Now it wont let me play,

the screen just shows Minecraft Xbox one edition and a grey box that has squares

going clockwise in a square path. Not sure how to get back in, or if it saved my progress.

Any ideas? thanks
