No Downloading/updating on my xbox one

Has anyone else had problems with sims4 The disc loads fine but it will not update past 79% it then go's back to zero. Have uninstalled multiple times, factory reset etc nothing works. I've just brought country living for it and unable to play. I have been trying constantly for 3 days now nothing works. Can someone help? Please

It's not just sims4 it's all downloads and updates it will not finish them keeps going back to zero

Regarding if it's from a disc or not? All downloads and updates?

Try this:

Press the Xbox button.

Move right to the System Tab.

Scroll down and select Settings.

Scroll down to Network.

Select Network Settings.

Scroll down and select Advanced Settings.

Scroll down and select Alternate MAC Address.

Select the Clear button, then restart your console.

And also:

Press the Xbox button on your controller.

Go to Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Network Settings.

Select DNS Settings.

Select Manual and enter the following: Primary 8.8.8.8. Secondary 8.8.4.4.

Hi yes it's a disc. I've also realised it's actually ALL downloads and updates
