No download speed whatsoever...

I just upgraded my internet service and now have a decent 8 ms ping, 30 mb/s down and 5mb/s up.

Yet for some god awful reason during the time frames of 9 am to 5 pm, I'm lucky if my Xbox One can download at 50 bytes a second.

With a 324 ms latency. 100% wireless strength, 0% packet loss. Im still getting 3mb/s upload, so why Microsoft?

Not only does it interfere with downloading, my Xbox likes to randomly pull me out of my games, such as Destiny or Titanfall, saying that the CELL PHONE network I'm using isn't strong enough. Comcast Xfinity business class is not a cell phone. I have been dealing
with this issue for weeks now and the only times it ever really jumps up is around 4:30 pm when it jumps to an "amazing" 100 kb/s.

What is The Best Internet Speed of Xbox Live?

My internet download speed is 10MBPS and 1MBPS for upload and I have no problems whatsoever in hosting games.

I also use a Netgear all in one modem/router which my console is hard wired to.

Just bought Borderlands 1 from the store, and no problem whatsoever with the download.... So far it has been a smooth DL. Except it being ridiculously slow.

That being said, there is a problem with the download speeds (at least up here, in Finland....).

 

What have you upgraded your Internet service to? I mean what kind of Internet connection do you use?

Do you also have this problem when using a wired connection?

How was your connection before your upgrade?

 

If you play wireless - something is going on. Maybe your Neighbour uses the same chanel of the wireless connection?

Does it also happen if you connect with ethernet cable?
