No Download for my Microsoft Game Order

Just get in the store and try to download it from there... Remember to be logged with the account that you used to purchase it!

you will get an email with all the details on it as well as being able to download it, as far as I’m aware it doesn’t automatically download.

you won’t find the download link in your order history.

if you search for the product in the store you should also be able to download it there as well.

Hello, I read your question, and I believe I understand your position. The Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

If you purchased the game on the Microsoft store, and your purchase has been verified, are you able to click on the game in the store where it says install?

Also if you press the highlighted Xbox button in the middle of your controller, go over to apps and games, then right bumper click over to ready to install, you may find it there.

Try looking in your library if the game is not available to download, or in the store itself, sometimes it may appear available to download where it would appear to buy.
