    Hi there, I recently grabbed up one of the Gears 4 Limited Ed Xbox One's, and I've redeemed Gears 4. However, I haven't received any codes for the 360 Gears collection. All I've gotten so far is a "Operations Pack", which I understand is for having played
    the games previously.

    I'm on Gold (albeit by means of a pre-paid card, but that shouldn't matter), and I've even went and played some Horde online multiplayer just to make sure I'm connected.

    Any help?

    Hi there,

    The good news is you aren't alone in this right now as there are others with the same problem. The bad news is that since issues are currently being ironed out, you can't redeem your download code. I would suggest reaching out to MS customer support directly
    as they may be able to manually add the code to your account so the product is active for you :)
