    Has this happened to anyone else?

    Purchased Xbox One MCC for my son's birthday. He opened package and set up the unit. We both thought there would be disks or the content was pre-loaded on the drive. After realizing it wasn't I contact Xbox support (this is a few days after opening).

    Microsoft's response? About as crappy as you can imagine. I'm chatting with a "Darryl" who clearly is Asian-Indian. According to Darryl, I have to return the unit to Amazon and purchase a second xbox one. Yep, I am magically going to tape back together
    the packing materials and pay for extra shipping twice because Microsoft won't provide me a replacement download code. And before you ask... I have all purchase documentation and offered it up to Microsoft. They didn't care.

    I might just follow their instructions...part of them. Return the Xbox One and buy a Nintendo. So *** off.

    Game not showing after download

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    Need new Halo 3: ODST code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection

    I have owned the Master Chief collection since launch. I believe I received a code via xbox live, but did not have a chance to redeem it before it was 'purged.'

    So now I am contacting support per the instructions
    here     to get a new download code.

    When you say you bought it from amazon was it listed as used or sold directly thru amazon?

    If directly thru amazon then you get free shipping. Back as per their refund proccesz

    If it was sold used then your. Issue is with the reseller and subject to their refund policies whi amazon lets them do

    CO-OP ERROR MESSAGES WITH HALO: CE, HALO 3, AND HALO 4.

    From my research, the Xbox One Master Chief Collection is not backwards compatible with the xbox 360/original xbox version of the games, you must both have the Master Chief Collection and have an Xbox One to play CoOp online or locally.
