Discus and support no download code ID : packcar in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i bought Gears of war UE. and played yesterday. commecial said, play gears of war UE in this year, i got three gears of war trilogy. but i have not....     Problem redeeming Xbox One codes on Xbox.com

    No error codes. It was redeemed successfully online. However the Xbox One never downloads.

    When I try the same code on the console, it of course says already redeemed. Spoke (Chatted) with a support specialist and they confirmed the code was registered under my ID.
