No download button for HBO Nordic xb 360

Thanks for the answer. But as I wrote in the above posts, I do not have at my disposal console xb 360. Therefore, there is no way to log in to my account on the console xb 360. Until that time, the so-called download queue of xb 360 was not filled up,
content with backward compatibility xb 360 intended for xb 1 was downloaded to the console xb 1 x without any problems.

It would be the Publisher.

Be aware however, the original Publisher was THQ, an American company who filed for bankruptcy in 2014. Most, but not all of THQ's back catalogue was purchased by Nordic games. Nordic renamed itself THQ Nordic in 2016.

I don't believe there are any licensing issues with this game - it's still available to buy digitally for the Xbox 360 platform.

Note that not only do publishers have to give Microsoft permission to make a game BC, the MS BC team actually has to do quite a bit of work to make 360 games playable. It's not a simple button press.
