    Hi!

    As I'm unsure if I need to wait 4-6 weeks from the purchase or release date, I hope this isn't a problem. I contacted support, and they asked me to post here.

    I didn't get the codes for the free Doom I and II games for pre-ordering Doom (2016) on my Xbox One. As far as I understand, the promotion included just those two games. I pre-ordered Doom on 4/15/16.

    If you need anything more, please let me know. Thank you!

    Doom I & II Digital Purchase Codes

    Hey Andyroo700,

    Unfortunately, if you purchased Doom after the release date, you will not qualify for this specific promotion. In order to receive Doom I and Doom II codes, you had to have pre-purchased the game before May 13, 2016 as this promotion was exclusive to digital
    pre-orders.

    be able to send you the code(s) again and either PM you or let you know through this thread that this has been sent.
