No dolby atmos when streaming

wrong, i have dolby atmos but it is not true 7,1 surround it must be a compressed signal , as 7,1 true would be way to large to stream.

i have a Onkio reciever, the dolby app and Netflix is in an Atmos signal on supported shows

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the app?

As it's Dolby who created the app, it is up to them to fix. All Microsoft/Xbox can do is wait for the fix to be presented and then run it through the Xbox Insider Preview program to check it out. As pointed out it is a waiting game. Maybe you could ask
Dolby via their support or twitter feed.

Are you in the Xbox Insider Preview program? I know there has been issues for sometime, where atmos won't work properly.
