No discount when buying with Live Gold??

Hello,

I have Xbox One with active Live Gold and I've just bought on Spring Sale Red Dead Redemption, that is made for Xbox 360 with backward compatibility, via Red Dead Redemption

According to this site, the price for Gold Users should be 32,67 ZŁ, but during transaction it took from me normal price for non-Gold users - 42,57 ZŁ.

The same situation is with any other game, that is originally for Xbox 360. Gold discounts for games dedicated for XOne works fine, problems appears only with X360 games...

Why did this happened to me and is there any chance to get back the difference in price?

Discount promotion when buying Xbox Live Gold

My subscription to xbox live gold for 1 year is over and I need to buy it again. The last years I have a discount of 33% discount; that is, he paid 666 Mexican pesos. Now that I need to pay it back I can not, I get the promotion but at the time of making

At this moment, it's end of Spring Sale and price goes back to regular 99,00 ZŁ.

But when I was buying the Game on Sunday, when the Spring Sale was still on, there were 2 prices, same as on the picture below, but with 32,67 ZŁ instead of $9.89 and 42,57 ZŁ instead of $12.89.

Unfortunatelly, i have only screen from US market.

At this moment, it's end of Spring Sale and price goes back to regular 99,00 ZŁ.

But when I was buying the Game on Sunday, when the Spring Sale was still on, there were 2 prices, same as on the picture below, but with 32,67 ZŁ instead of $9.89 and 42,57 ZŁ instead of $12.89.

Unfortunatelly, i have only screen from US market.

Different regions will have different promotions going on at different times. We do not recommend trying to purchase titles with locale changed as this can cause issues with your game.

We understand completely, we looked on the Polish store, as we stated before and the link you sent was a polish link. That market does not have a current promotion running on this game. We aren't sure where you're seeing the promotional
price. If the games price isn't showing a discount in your region, this means there is no promotion. Thank you!
