    How long does it take for you to have access to games purchased for Xbox one on Microsoft Store via paypal on Xbox?

    No transaction history for the last three months on Microsoft. Paypal sent me a receipt, via email, text, and it's on the paypal site. Do you need the order number I think there is one?

    This is a terrible customer experience, why is that a problem for the customer to follow up on?

    They have PayPal integration, really, you could fool me. I paid via payal on the 4th November. Paypal marks that transaction as completed?

    I attempted to contact someone in support, I , was on hold for 5mins or so and then was hung up on.

    I guess that keeps the support numbers looking good.
