    No Discord Nitro / Spotify codes with Xbox game pass ultimate


    I purchased Xbox game pass ultimate on Dec, 25, 2019, partly due to the advertised promotions for Discord Nitro and Spotify codes and have not recieved a single thing. I've contacted support multiple times for both my account and my brothers account only
    to be answered with "We will send out codes within the next 72 hrs" etc etc. All just lies

    Conveniently for Xbox, the promotion had ended on 5th, January, 2020 according to the most recent rep I talked to. He assured me that all codes had been sent out to which I was obviously very frustrated with since I had not recieved my codes even with multiple
    attempts at retrieving them.

    Xbox literally just bait and switched me by advertising false promotional deals and it appears they have no intention of fixing this issue.

    Have no idea what to do, but one thing I know for sure is to take their promotions with a grain of salt.

    Anyone have similar experiences and any advice on how to move forward? Contacting support is fruitless as I've done it multiple times with the same unhelpful responses.

    Oops this is my fault, I meant there was a promotion with discord and spotify where if you got the game pass ultimate by January 6th (which I did) then you get spotify premium and discord nitro codes along with 3 months of xbox ultimate game pass, I have
    the pass but support told me to wait 10 days for the other codes and I cant reach them anymore and its almost been 2 months.

    Therr is region lock in the spotify perk only us and uk accounts and ONLY newly created
