No Discord Nitro Code for subscribing to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Hi. I'm asking this question here because the online support system hasn't helped me at all.

Back in very late September, I subscribed to the Game Pass Ultimate. It had an offer going on where you can get 6 months of Spotify Premium, 3 months of Discord Nitro, and 1 month of EA Access. I received the Spotify Premium code fairly quickly, but I never
received the Discord Nitro or EA Access codes.

I've contacted support 4 times for this. I don't own an Xbox One anymore and I was told I would receive my keys either through the Xbox PC app's message center or my emails. Never got anything in either, and I checked every folder and message, including
junk/spam.

As you can imagine, this is quite frustrating as part of the reason I subscribed was so I could have the Nitro. The last time I contacted support, I was guaranteed I would receive it. The representative even took my phone number and promised me I would receive
the code within a few days. He said he would personally see to it I would receive it. It's past that now and I still haven't gotten it.

I am still a subscriber, and it's paid through February. So I don't see why I still haven't received my codes, even after going through online support several times. I feel like they see me less like a customer and more like an annoying nuisance because
at this point I feel like they're just playing games with me.
