no digital ea games working on my system need help!!!!!!

tried everything one the phone with xbox support still no luck. any suggestions?

I need help I've emailed ea and Microsoft asking why my game dvr on my Xbox one s quit working on one of my favorite games after there update was installed to my system idk what's wrong idk if it's the game app or the system update but on my UFC 2 it says

Companion app mini map?

The ea mobile companion app for titanfall no longer launches the hud map... whats up.. is anybody working on this.. I have had 2 ea chats. Wrote respawn. Tweeted xbox and no response.. support.. we dont need no stinkin support.. lol help... oh xbox tweet
said they woukd escalate my issue.. still no word after a week..

Can you tell us what the exact things were that you have tried so far, this can be usefull to see what things to try next.

 

tried power cycle uninstalling/reinstalling, i held the power and eject button and unplugged every cable for 2 min, cleared mac address. tried a new gamertag with the games still doesnt work.Again all my ea digitals dont work but ryse and dead rising do.

 

Ok, what exactly happens. Do the games install, but they don't work, or don't they even install?

 

they install for ex bf4 gets struck at loading loop trying to join game.Titanfall freezes at loading screen and the new ufc demo wont load.

 

Ok, so there are several different issues..

Can you try the games via a different profile, to see if it gives the same results

 

it does give me the same result. I was told my next step is to download the offline update any truth to that??

The only thing is that it mentions that it may only be used when experiencing an issue with an system update. So i'm personally not sure if it can help or even cause problems

I'm going to think if there is anything else to try, and hopefully somebody else has some steps to try out

 

I'm currently thinking it is something caused by the console itself...

And to be sure what is the current dashboard version on your console, this is located at settings - console - console info

Ok, so it's the latest version.

It may be a bit too much, but if you are willing please try the following.

1. Reset the console to factory defaults:
support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults This will delete everything on the console. Save games are saved in the cloud so those should be safe.

2. Set up the console again and first download/install one of the games that did work without any problems

3. Install one of the games that is having issues.
