    "No Device Connected" when downloading a game


    Hello,

    I bought fifa 21 online with my microsoft account. As I clicked, download to my devices. It says I have no devices connected despite being signed into my microsoft account my xbox. I have tried a lot of troubleshooting, but nothing is working.

    My Network connection is good but when i download any game it's read 500kb-2mg its so bad i can't download any gamy with that speed , but when i download in other device it's really good like in my phone , and my connection in xbox1 is wired
