    No details on warranty repair order.


    Hello.

    I sent in a controller (customer design lab). The device has been delivered to the repair team (that was about two to three weeks ago now), but since I've had no word on where or what my is going in with my order. The other week I got one lone email from Microsoft saying there was a delay in shipping yet the order history page says it's been delivered (which it has not). The original order was created on the 30th of march 2025, it's currently the 16th of April as of this post. Where is my order, what is happening, why haven't I been given any tracking information and why can't I contact someone that knows what they are actually doing?

    If you registered the consoles online on the MyDevices page (formerly MyServices) then you shouldn't need a receipt in order to request in-warranty repairs, all you need are the serial number and your account details.

    if your Xbox is still under warranty you should start a repair order.

    go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and select your Xbox to see your warranty status and start the repair process.

    if it is out of warranty you can still get it repaired but there is a fee for out of warranty repairs.
