No detailed repair description after service?

Hi,

I got my repaired Xbox One delivered today and noticed that I didn't received a note what the service technicians has done in order to get it fixed. I have checked the serial number and the console is not replaced to a new one. I thought that they must have
forgot this note and contacted the Xbox chat but she said that they can not see what the technicians have done. I have also contacted the Xbox support by phone here in Sweden but she could not help me either and just told me that "the console must be fixed".

So here I am wondering if they just have made an factory reset, pushed the power button to check if it works or just plugged in the power cable. Im working with IT and I know how important it is to know exactly what has been done to a computer when it has
been on service. How come a big company like Microsoft does not have this addition to a service order?

My Xbox One was acting really strange (games and dashboard was freezing) and I called Xbox support for about four times to get an resolution before I decided to send it to the service center.

When my Xbox was sent I could not resist to go and buy a new Xbox One 1TB since they had a great deal in my local store. I decided to sell my old Xbox one to my friend but now I do not want to since I have no clue what they have done to it.

Has anyone been in the same situation and knows how I should go further with this?

Hi, you can always try to keep pushing towards official support chat or on the phone to see if someone can dig a bit deeper for you. Other than that, I think you can sell it to your friend and if ever your friend has any problems similar to what you had
before you could contact the service center and ask them to take another look at the console.
