    Every time I request a deposit your system says to update my billing info. I've never had a problem buying anything on Xbox live so what's the deal? I've been a rewards member for 7 years and it seems like now that everything is dedicated to the xbox one,
    the rest of us are just being forgotten about.

    No deposits.

    Its been months of no deposits. I have almost 40k in rewards and I can’t access them. It’s frustrating. Thanks for your help
