No deposit to my Microsoft account

Hi support team,

I was expecting to have a local currency deposited in my Microsoft account on December 15 but nothing is showing up. I spoke to a Microsoft customer service rep (Romello) who confirmed that my account was transitioned to local currency. Is there a reason
the deposit has not been made? After reading the FAQ it seems like it should have been done December 15/16.

We cannot deposit into your account since you have no Microsoft billable account, as mentioned in our FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Since we cannot deposit into Credit Cards, and you have no Microsoft billable account to deposit into, we cannot complete a deposit into your account. A billing account can be set up for an Xbox Live Free member on the Xbox One console, no credit card required,
using the instructions at: (Update Your Billing Contact Information Online).

 

Hi RonMiller. Credits pending from the 1st-15th of the month will be deposited before the last day of the month, and Credits pending from 16th-last day of the month will be deposited by the 15th of the following month.Since your Credits were awarded on the
6th, it has been scheduled to be deposited this week by the 29th. Hang tight!
