No deposit on the 30th help?

I have more than 50000 rewards points pending. My account is in good standing why hasn't it been deposited yet? It is now after the 30th please help‽

I requested an early deposit but now it shows the date almost two weeks later

The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. If the date was listed as the 30th when you made the request, they will still be deposited on the 30th.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for October took place on the 25th. Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the
30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

So it sounds like yours were not pending in time for that last deposit of November (which took place on the 24th, there was not a deposit scheduled for the 30th).

 

Yeah but they have been pending since the 18th!

 

Then they would be scheduled for deposit on the 15th of this month. Credits have to remain pending for 1 billing cycle. Since they were pending on the 18th, they were not pending in time for the deposit on the 24th.

 

Thats news to me and everyone else who was not told. So when is the next deposit date?

 

The faq says nothing about a "billing cycle". Where did you read that?

 

That's just how it's always worked.

 

Actually the "billing cycle" seems to only apply to the "my vip " credits it says nothing of the sort with the XBOX one S offer.

 

Different offers can have different timetables as to when the credits are added as pending. But once credits are pending they all follow the same rules when it comes to being deposited.
