    Hello AaaaaaandImDone,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date, but have estimated a possible fixed deposit in the next deposit cycle. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our
    other team works on a solution.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience.

  3. Still no deposits of rewards?

    Is there any news of when deposits will be fixed for xbox rewards? I have over 13,000 rewards credits and I have no deposit button and no rewards have been deposited in months. When will this be fixed? This has been going on for a ridiculously long time.

    There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.

    a specific cause from our other team. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Regarding your Gems, Gems were only created in October. It is not possible to reward activity done before they existed.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
