No deposit into my account

I cashed in all my points and was told I would have 40$ deposited into my microsoft account on September 28th. Now it is October 4th and I have not seen a penny show up! How do I resolve this?

UPDATE: Finally received my 15,000 credits, will deposit into my account on the 4th of December.

We see that you recently requested a deposit of all 1600 Credits in your account, which was completed on September 27th. However, as stated in our FAQ, 5000 Credits is $5.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

Unfortunately our other team has not yet provided us with an estimate on when their resolution will be deployed. Since this is an issue with information on the database, we cannot fix this issue without their resolution. Currently, we are unable to correctly

Hello HeyAhBumBaWay,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit events occurred at the beginning of this month, they will be a part of the end of month deposit.

I Have 22250 waiting to be deposited into my account. Why cant they just deposit them already

They are supposed to be deposited on the 15th and 30th of every month. They should have been deposited in my account, too! Today is the 15th!
